This client was downsizing from a beautiful 1850’s vernacular brick country home, and moving to a condo in the city. The condo is in the refurbished and re-purposed Cotton Mill Lofts in Cornwall. While the majority of the condo units feature loft-style accents, the ‘loft’ style didn’t meet the clients’ needs or speak to their personal style. They also needed lots more storage than what the builder was offering, and with 10′ ceilings, I used every inch of wall space in the living room.
A place in the city they can now call home!
